1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to DoronPay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoronPay website, mobile application, API, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DoronPay.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform.

2. Description of Services

DoronPay provides a mobile payment gateway that enables digital payments and collection services worldwide. Our Services include:

• Cryptocurrency-to-fiat conversion services
• Digital payment processing through mobile money providers (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
• Bank transfer facilitation
• USSD payment integration
• Payment collection tools for businesses
• Developer API access for integration into third-party applications
• Bulk payment processing

DoronPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To use the DoronPay Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Additionally, you must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country and your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Not be located in a country subject to sanctions by international authorities
• Not be prohibited from receiving financial services under applicable laws

4. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for a DoronPay account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You agree to:

• Create a strong password and keep it confidential
• Enable additional security features like two-factor authentication when available
• Notify DoronPay immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure all information associated with your account remains accurate and up-to-date
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

DoronPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

5. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Services for illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit harmful code, malware, or conduct unauthorized penetration testing
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Use the Services in a manner that could overburden or negatively impact the Services

6. Payments and Fees

DoronPay charges fees for certain aspects of our Services. All fees are disclosed at the time of transaction or are available in our fee schedule. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with appropriate notice to users.

Payment Processing

By using our payment processing services, you authorize DoronPay to:

• Hold, receive, and disburse funds on your behalf
• Deduct applicable fees from payments processed through our platform
• Conduct anti-fraud and compliance checks on transactions
• Delay or cancel transactions that violate our policies or appear suspicious

Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund policies are determined by the merchant or service provider. DoronPay may facilitate refunds but is not responsible for refund disputes between users and merchants. In cases of chargebacks or payment disputes, DoronPay reserves the right to deduct disputed amounts from your account.

7. Cryptocurrency Transactions

DoronPay facilitates the conversion between cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin and USDT) and fiat currencies. By using our cryptocurrency services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Price Volatility

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly. DoronPay does not guarantee any exchange rate and is not responsible for any losses due to price fluctuations.

Transaction Finality

Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be canceled or reversed unless the recipient agrees.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency transactions, including tax reporting requirements. DoronPay may collect and report information about your cryptocurrency transactions as required by law.

8. Termination

DoronPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Risk of harm to DoronPay or other users
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Upon request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any pending transactions may be canceled, and you may lose access to data associated with your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoronPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or failures
• Delays in processing transactions
• Security breaches by third parties
• Losses due to exchange rate fluctuations

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to DoronPay during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

DoronPay may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on our website or mobile application. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Services after the modified Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.
